Welcome to Ronde (the “App”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Brian Thornton (“we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of Ronde, available on iOS and Android platforms.
1. Eligibility
- The App is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
- By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement.
- The App is not available to users previously suspended or removed.
2. User Accounts
- To access most features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.
3. User Content and Intellectual Property
- Ownership: You retain all rights to the content you upload (portfolio, artworks, posts, etc.).
- License: By uploading, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute content only to operate the App.
- Responsibility: You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
- Upload defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
- Hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.
- Impersonate another individual.
5. Opportunities and Third-Party Links
- The App provides a feed of external artistic opportunities.
- Clicking on them redirects you to third-party websites. We make no warranties about their accuracy or legality.
- Any agreements with third parties are solely between you and them.
6. Educational Content and Mentorship
- The App may include educational videos and resources.
- Mentorship requests are handled via admin notifications.
- We do not guarantee that requests will be fulfilled.
7. Community Feed (Inspire & Share)
- Users may post images, captions, like, and comment.
- We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
- Reports can be sent to support@ronde.art.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
- The App is currently provided free of charge.
- If in the future we introduce paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, additional terms and conditions will apply, and users will be informed before any charges occur.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we believe Terms are violated.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. User Conduct and Content Moderation
Users agree not to upload, post, or share any content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, discriminatory, or violates the rights of others.
Ronde enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Any such content will be removed, and the offending user may have their account suspended or permanently deleted.
Ronde's moderation team manually reviews all reports of objectionable content or user behavior within 24 hours of submission.
Reported content found to violate these Terms will be promptly removed, and appropriate actions will be taken against the responsible account.
Users can report issues or content directly through the app or by emailing support@ronde.art.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to USD $100.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brian Thornton from any claims arising from your use of the App.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
